Various accessibility services are available at Information Centers. Please note that some services require advance reservations. The campus map below shows the locations of Information Centers.
Services Available at Information Centers
Rental of Wheelchairs and Strollers (reservation required)
Wheelchairs and strollers are available for rent with advance reservations in principle. If you want to borrow a wheelchair or stroller, please make a reservation following the instructions below. (In some cases, wheelchairs and strollers can be used without reservation.)
How to Make a Reservation
Please contact us via email (contact[at]gogatsusai.jp, please replace [at] with @) with the following information.
- Title: “Wheelchair/Stroller Reservation”
- Date and time of your visit
- Name of the Information Center you plan to use
- Start time of use
- Estimated time of return
- Number of vehicles
- Phone number we can reach you on the day
We will reply to you after we confirm your request.
*If you do not receive a reply, please ask at the Information Center on the day of use.
Notes and Requests Regarding Wheelchairs and Strollers
- The numbers of vehicles are limited. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.
- You can bring your own wheelchair or stroller on campus. We ask that you bring your own if possible so that those in need can use them.
- Some classrooms and aisles are not accessible or passable for wheelchairs and strollers due to equipment limitations. For more detailed information, please refer to the “Accessibility Campus Map” at the bottom of this page. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
Lending of Braille Pamphlets and Touch-Readable Maps
Braille pamphlets are available at Itomon Gate Information Center, Main Gate Information Center, and Faculty of Agriculture Information Center. Touch-readable outdoor maps are available at Main Gate Information Center. Please feel free to ask if you would like to borrow one.
Written Guidance
Information is available at each Information Center using a writing board and voice transcription application.

Priority Seating at Stages and Rest Areas
Priority seating is available at all stages and rest areas. If you wish to use the priority seats at the stage, please ask a Committee member wearing a blue jacket around the stage.
*We ask for your cooperation in giving up your preferred seating if there is someone who needs it.
Accessible Restrooms
Accessible restrooms (diaper changing available in some of them) are available on campus. Please see the campus map at the top of this page for locations.
