The 97th May Festival Standing Committee Environmental Agenda

We the May Festival Standing Committee will take measures to preserve the environment. In order to do so, we have created the 97th May Festival Standing Committee Environmental Agenda. Through this agenda, we aim to fulfill our responsibilities in the May Festival as an opportunity for students to actively engage in academic and cultural activities, and assure a stable and eco-friendly operation of the future May Festivals.

1. We the Committee are aware of, and will try to fully comprehend, our responsibilities to preserve the environment upon operating May Festival.
2. We will recognize and try to reduce the impact on the environment.
3. We will work on circular resource consumption and promote the 3R initiative (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) to reduce the impact on the environment.
4. We will follow environmental laws to reduce the impact on the environment.
5. We will share our environmental measures with our Committee members and all other people who support us, and will publicize them.
6. We will evaluate the festival's environmental measures, publicize the evaluation and utilize it for the future generations of the Committee.
