Information Centers (for lost and found, missing children, etc.)

Information Center

The Information Center provides visitors with support to help enjoy the May Festival. Please feel free to stop by. The locations of Information Centers are shown on the map at the bottom of this page.

Guidance Support

  • The Information Center provides information on the location of facilities and projects.
  • Information service in English is also available.

Handouts

The following items will be available at Information Centers during the festival.

  • English Leaflet
    Information about May Festival and the campuses is available in English.
  • Official Brochure
    This might come in handy when touring the campus. It contains a campus map and can also be used to search for project information.
  • Alcohol Pass
    This is a wristband required to purchase or possess alcoholic beverages on campus. For details, see Notes on Alcohol.
  • May Fes. Quest Booklet
    This booklet is required to play “May Fes. Quest,” an official project by the Committee. For details, see May Fes. Quest.
  • Accessibility Map
    Accessibility information on and around the campuses are available.

Accessibility Support

  • Rental of Wheelchairs and Strollers
    As there are a limited number of wheelchairs and strollers available, advance reservations are required in principle (may be available without reservation). Please contact us via email (contact[at]gogatsusai.jp, please replace [at] with @) with the following information.
    • Title: Wheelchair/Stroller Reservation
    • Date and time of your visit
    • Name of the Information Center you plan to use
    • Start time of use
    • Estimated time of return
    • Number of vehicles
    • Phone number we can reach you on the day

    We can lend you the vehicles at either Itomon Gate Information Center, Main Gate Information Center, or Faculty of Agriculture Information Center. Please note that some classrooms are not accessible by wheelchairs or strollers.
    *You may use your own wheelchair or stroller on campus.
  • Lending of Braille Pamphlets and Touch-Readable Maps
    Braille Pamphlets are available at Itomon Gate Information Center, Main Gate Information Center, and Faculty of Agriculture Information Center. A Touch-Readable Outdoor Map is available at Main Gate Information Center.
  • Written Guidance
    A writing board and voice transcription application are available.

Lost and Found Support

Lost and Found items will be handled at Information Centers.

When you have lost your item

  • If you can come directly to one of the Information Centers
    Please come to the nearest Information Center.
  • If you cannot come directly to one of the Information Centers
    Please contact us by phone (03-5684-4594) or via Google Forms.

When you have picked up something

Please bring it to the nearest Information Center.

Missing Children Support

Information Centers will take care of children who got lost.

When you are looking for your missing child

Please come to the nearest Information Center.

When you have found a lost child

Please come to the nearest Information Center with the lost child.
