We will hold open lectures featuring various professors and lecturers from the University of Tokyo. Four types of lectures will be offered, focusing on the latest research and topics of recent years. Some lectures will feature dialogues or hands-on exhibits, so anyone can fully enjoy the lectures.

This lecture will explore the latest advancements and the future of haptic technology that enables the sensation of “touch” through ultrasound. You can actually feel the ultrasound technology through hands-on exhibitions in this project.
Gender Gap at the University of Tokyo

The Vice President of the University of Tokyo will give a lecture on the gender imbalance among the university's students and faculty, addressing the negative impacts and future of the disparity.

A professor from the University of Tokyo and the university’s alumnus athlete will give a lecture on ”athletic performance,” sharing insights on the essence of athletic performance and tricks to improve it.

Eco Candles
Turn waste into light! Join our candle-making workshop that reuses waste cooking oil from May Festival food stalls. Also, explore exhibits about the festival’s environmental initiatives and attempts to preserve the environment. On the last evening of the festival (May 25th (Sun.)), a magical candle lighting ceremony will be conducted.
