Information Center
At the Information Centers, we will support you so that you can comfortably enjoy the days of May Festival. Please feel free to stop by.

Guidance
- At the Information Centers, we offer support on the location of facilities and projects.
- We also offer support in English.
Handouts
We distribute the following handouts at the Information Centers on the days of May festival. Please understand that distribution may end when all copies are given out.
- Official Brochure
- This brochure is useful when you walk around the campuses. We recommend you to utilize the information such as the Campus Map and the project information. Also, an online brochure is available on this website, so please refer to e-Brochure.
- Alcohol Pass
- This is a wristband necessary to purchase alcohol on campuses. For details, please refer to Drinking Alcohol.
- Campus Quest Booklet
- This is a booklet necessary to join Campus Quest, one of the Committee Projects.
- Accessibility Map
- Accessibility information on the campuses is available on this map. Please also refer to Accessibility.
- English Leaflet
- This is a brief English leaflet which carries information on May Festival and its campuses.
Accessibility Services
Various services such as rental of wheelchairs are available at the Information Centers. For details, please refer to Accessibility.
For Visitors with Infants and Toddlers
Rental of Strollers (pre-reservations required)
In principle, strollers are available for rent with advance reservations. If you wish to borrow a stroller, please refer to the following and make a reservation (strollers may be borrowed without a reservation only if they are available on the day of use).
- Notes and Requests
- The number of strollers are limited. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.
- You may bring your own stroller on campuses.
- Some classrooms and aisles are not accessible or passable for strollers due to equipment limitations. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Accessibility Campus Map" below.
- How to Make a Reservation
Please send an email to contact[at]gogatsusai.jp (please replace [at] with @) with your name, date of visit, name of the Information Center you plan to use, start time of use, estimated time to return the stroller, number of strollers used, and a phone number that we can reach you on the day of use, with the subject line [Reservation of strollers].
Nursing Room
A nursing room where you can breastfeed or change a diaper for your baby is available. If you want to use the nursing room, please come to the nearest Information Center. The Committee member in the Information Center will support you. Please check the Accessibility Map on Accessibility for location of accessible bathrooms.
Lost Items Service
The Committee member in the Information Centers will support you in finding your lost items.
When You Have Lost Something
If you are able to come to the Information Centers
Please come to the nearest Information Center.
If you are unable to come to the Information Centers
Please contact us via Lost Item Form.
In both cases mentioned above, the Committee (03-5684-4594) will call you as soon as it is found.
When You Find a Lost Item
Please deliver it to the nearest Information Center.
Service After May Festival
After May Festival, the lost items will be transferred to the police. Therefore, the Committee will not be able to answer any contacts. If you notice any lost items after May 25th (Sun.) 6:00 PM, please contact the Motofuji Police Station (03-3818-0110) on or after May 26th (Mon.). Thank you for your consideration.
Missing Children Service
Committee members in the Information Centers will take care of missing children.
If You Are Looking for Your Missing Child
Please come to the nearest Information Center. In case we are not taking care of them, the Committee (03-5684-4594) will give you a call as soon as your child is found.
If You Found a Missing Child
Please come to the nearest Information Center with the missing child.
