Transfer of Bicycles
Due to the 98th May Festival, and the setup of Headquarters Office and the preparation for the festival, bicycles in Hongo and Yayoi Campuses will be transferred as outlined below.
The Committee will transfer bicycles placed in some of the bicycle parking areas on both campuses to another parking area that does not hinder the setup or preparation. Please note that after completing the transfer, we will close the restricted parking areas.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation for the smooth operation of the May Festival.

Date and Time
- May 1st (Thu.) 1:00 PM : the parking area beside Letters Bldg. 3
- May 22nd (Thu.) 1:00 PM : other specific bicycle parking areas

Notes
- Due to the setup of the Headquarters Office, bicycles placed in the parking area beside Letters Bldg. 3 will be transferred earlier.
- Bicycles placed in the restricted parking areas must be transferred to another parking area other than areas listed in the Bicycle Transfer Map before the date of transfer.
- Bicycles which stay in the restricted parking area until the date of transfer will be transferred by the May Festival Standing Committee. Bicycles that are transferred by this time will not be transferred to the original parking areas after the May Festival. We will take absolutely no responsibility for any disadvantage caused by the transfer of bicycles.
