Vehicle Entry Restrictions
Due to the upcoming 98th May Festival, vehicle entry will be restricted at Hongo and Yayoi Campuses as outlined below. Some gates will be closed in the aforementioned time period, and vehicles will not be able to pass or park in large areas of both campuses. Also, even during non-restricted hours, there are some areas that are difficult to pass through due to outdoor installations and other factors. Please take extra caution if you need to enter the campuses with vehicles. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation for the smooth operation of May Festival.

Time Period
- May 23rd (Fri.) 12:00 PM - 7:30 PM
- May 24th (Sat.) 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- May 25th (Sun.) 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Notes
- Please follow Committee members’ instructions when restrictions are in effect.
- Restricted areas vary depending on the time period. Please refer to the Vehicle Entry Restriction Map for more details.
- Please be sure to move your vehicle outside of the restricted area on the Vehicle Entry Restriction Map before restrictions start.
- Accordingly, we may ask you to move your vehicle from around May 23rd (Fri.) 9:00 AM, even though the restriction is not in effect. Please do not enter vehicles on the day, even in the morning.
- Restrictions will not be enforced at night, but some areas may be difficult to pass through due to outdoor installations. For safety reasons, please do not enter the campuses by vehicle whenever possible, even if you have permission from the university headquarters.
- Vehicle entry by people related to projects is allowed only during the hours permitted by the Committee.
